Amies Self Catering Apartments: Terms & Conditions |

In the event of this reservation
being cancelled prior to arrival, the following
terms apply:
• Admin fee R500 or
• Less than 7 days forfeit the full deposit;
• From 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit;
• From 14 to 30 days forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Advance booking, (two months plus) -
reservations of minimum one week.
For the PEAK Dec/Jan season, we require a 60%
deposit to insure a booking, the balance is
payable on arrival in cash or credit card (no
cheques will be accepted).
Arrival time is after 13h00 and units need to be
vacated not later than 10h00
No refunds for late arrivals or early
departures. Rates are quoted on the individual
one, two or three bedroom apartments.
Management reserves the right to re-let bookings
in the case of a "no show" by 10H00 the day
after the expected date of arrival.
Strictly NO PETS allowed in terms of the conduct
rules of this complex.
Neither Amies or the Body Corporate of Portofino
accept liability for any personal injury, loss
or damage which may be sustained by guests or
their property during the period of stay. |
